If an incorrect address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may apply. Rapelle Perfumes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts by the courier due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Any reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

International Shipping
Currently, Rapelle Perfumes ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
