At Rapelle Perfumes, every fragrance is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.
Returns
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes once they have been delivered. Since fragrances are personal-use products, we cannot verify whether a product has been used or altered after delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided in the following situations:

You receive the wrong product.

You receive a product that is damaged during transit.

Your order is lost in transit and cannot be delivered.

Your order is cancelled before it has been shipped.
To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products with broken or missing seals

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
